How do I top up balance?

Log in, open Balance Recharge, create a USDT (TRC20) order, and send the exact amount to the payment address. Minimum 50 USDT. Balance updates automatically after confirmation.

How is screening billed?

You pay per record from account balance — no subscriptions. Rates vary by platform and check type (registration, activity, gender, etc.). Estimated cost is shown before submitting a task.

Can I filter TG users active within N days?

Yes. Download lists filtered by recent activity windows for high-intent outreach.

How many records per task?

Up to 1 million records per task. ~1M TG records take about 20 minutes; you get notified when done.

How does number generation work?

Start with Country Random Generation (pick country + count). Advanced users can use global segments or custom prefixes.

What if balance is insufficient?

New screening tasks cannot be submitted until you recharge enough balance.

Refunds?

Completed screening is generally non-refundable. Unused balance follows platform rules — see our Terms.
